Most of my writings prior to 2008 were technical/business related. I also wrote some Christian material, classes and a couple sermons. Starting in 2008, I have been a prolific blogger and researcher regarding constitutional and liberty movement issues. Starting in April of this year, I have hosted a Blog Talk Radio show at the Patriot’s Heart Network called Let’s Talk Liberty, with my co-host Red Beckman (Thursday evenings at 7pm Mountain). We, along with our guests, discuss solutions to the constitutional violations and usurpations committed by our national and state governments (corporations). The topics we investigate and cover include honest/sound money, state sovereignty, constitutional well-regulated militia, fully informed juries, citizen grand juries, the church deceived, natural born citizenship, petitions of grievance and the Continental Congress.

Before entering my name as a delegate nominee, I fully recognized and accepted the responsibility of this time commitment. I suspect that the initial 2 weeks will only be the beginning.

I have read each petition and signed in the affirmative. Additionally, this summer, I assisted Patriot’s Heart Network and affiliates to coordinate the personal service of these petitions along with Citizen Grand Jury Presentments to the White House, U. S. Senate and U.S. Congress.

A year ago, I would have said, “above average.” Although that response may have been accurate, in the last year, I learned how little I really knew. My research in the last year has been extensive and far beyond the Declaration of Independence (July 4, 1776), Articles of Confederation (1781) and the Constitution as ratified (1789). In order to truly understand these documents, one needs to study the Magna Charta (1215), Vattel’s Law of Nations (1758), British Common Law, the Federalist Papers (1787-1788) and other correspondence and speeches of the founders. It is good to know that many of the founders were familiar with and often quoted the works of Cicero. To understand how these documents have been interpreted and applied, one needs to research case law, executive orders and the Congressional record. To understand how these documents have been trampled upon and usurped, one must study American history and do a lot of digging because our media, our schools, our churches, our courts and our government have all been deceiving us.

We are in need of legislation at the state level to authorize a sensible non-fiat currency that will compete with the worthless Federal Reserve Notes. I favor the approach presented by Dr. Edwin Vieira which includes the use of existing precious metal coinage and a digital electronic gold transfer system that will be forced into circulation by requiring a portion of state revenues (tobacco tax revenues to start) to be paid in gold and/or silver. Concurrently, a portion of state contract work would be paid out in gold and/or silver. This system provides for the proprietary ownership of the metal to reside with the sovereign citizen. It affords protection from the intrusion and strong arm of the national police state. To understand what I mean by this, research what has happened this year at Liberty Dollar. By gradually introducing the use of a local currency with intrinsic value, the economy will not be necessarily turned upside down and, if the value of the paper Federal Reserve fiat approaches zero, then local commerce will have at least to some extent been stabilized and able to continue to barter. This system would phase out fractional reserve banking and return to a bailment system, thus no more derivatives and the like.

The software exists to manipulate the results. The concept is unconstitutional in that it is counting in secret. We must demand paper ballots and a counting method that is fully subject to a non-partisan audit. There is strong evidence that recent (last 20 years or so) elections have been tampered with where electronic voting has been used. This is a major problem and must be remedied before the 2010 election.

A Con Con is called by 3/4s of the states and carries more authority than a joint session of Congress in that they would have the authority to rewrite the constitution. This would obviously be very dangerous and should be avoided at all cost. Only 2 more states are said to be required to call a Con Con. I say “said to be” because some states have rescinded their call, yet some say that, once the call is issued, it cannot be rescinded.

Please note that a Continental Congress is very different from a Con Con. CC2009 is called by the citizens, not the states. The purpose of this Continental Congress is to preserve and restore the existing constitution and to hold the national government accountable to our employment agreement. We The People are the sovereign employer and those in D.C. being our employees.

This is a subject that cannot be fully covered here. I believe that we in Colorado must formally/legislatively affirm our state sovereignty. This likely requires an analysis of the corporate structures that have been covertly installed to usurp both our State and U.S. constitutions. It requires that we as voters understand the difference between Statesmen and Politicians (see Q 25 below) and get rid of the electronic voting. Then we must take control of our precincts so that we raise up and support true Statesmen whereby the citizens of Colorado have representation that will secure our rights. To accomplish this, we must draw a line in the sand and be prepared to take care of our own homeland security. See the next question 15 for more on this.

The declarative statement of the 2nd Amendment states, “The well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state,…” The only thing in the entire constitution declared to be necessary…NOT the President, the Congress or the Courts. You see, the founders had just fought against a standing army. They knew full well that the Militia is our ultimate protection against a usurping government or military coup. We have abdicated our responsibilities as sovereigns and allowed the government to lull us into a state of helplessness. We have allowed our pulpits to be silenced and our schools to be taken over by the government. We have allowed our government and our media to be controlled by private banksters. Now our petitions of grievance and common law grand jury presentments are being ignored. How are we to force redress and enforce the law as sovereigns when we have no organized citizen’s homeland security? We have abdicated the very constitutional homeland security that the original states demanded and stated as necessary. What if martial law is declared? We must revitalize our well regulated state Militia. We The People are responsible because we have believed the lies. By definition, there is NO unorganized or unregulated militia. By definition, We The People are the militia. The government and media have demonized the term deliberately because they know they cannot tyrannize and enslave us as long as we are armed and organized. By definition, the Militia is organized from the ground up, not from the top down. The National Guard is not organized from the ground up and is controlled as a division of the Army. If we abdicate the restrictive portion of the 2nd Amendment, then we are toast. We can only have peace through strength if we are strong. Never a truer statement has ever been made than this: When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. Thomas Jefferson I’d like to recommend 2 books: “Why The Militia” by Red Beckman and “Constitutional Homeland Security” by Dr. Edwin Vieira.

A Common Law Grand Jury has been determined to be lawful under the constitution. In the absence of a well-regulated Militia, and in the presence of a totally corrupted judiciary, enforcement of presentments (indictments) is thwarted because the government has insufficient fear of the people. We must have a loud voice and proceed to restore the power of We The People. As Dr. Kate said, we will overcome this regime with a thousand razor cuts. Every CGJ presentment is another cut and eventually, one judge or one sheriff or one D.A. will proceed to prosecute these presentments. We have to keep working all of the angles…Honest Money, State Sovereignty, revitalize the well regulated state Militia, and implement the plan of CC2009. Then we will be able to enforce and prosecute the presentments of the Common Law Jury. In the mean time, put our petit jury and Grand Jury votes to good use. The highest court in the land is the petit jury. Not even the Supreme Court can overturn a petit jury acquittal. We The People have every right to judge the law, not just the facts of the case. If a law is bad (unconstitutional) like the Federal Income Tax, it only takes one informed juror to set things straight.

It is unconstitutional. The Federal Reserve is a private bank and has been stealing the assets of the United States for nearly a century. The people that were behind this great conspiracy are the very people (descendants) running the shadow government today. We must end the privately owned Federal Reserve as our central bank and retake the right to print/coin money. See my position on Honest Money. The economic issues we face today are not because of free market conditions, but are the direct result of manipulation and theft by these private banksters. The IRS is the police agent for these private banksters. Over 85% of the unconstitutional income tax goes to paying the interest paid to these private banksters for them to give us the worthless paper Federal Reserve notes or phantom electronic debt. Jus soli and jus sanguinis (by soil and by blood). I have no doubt about what a natural born citizen is. It is a person born on the soil of one of our 50 states of U.S. Citizen parents. This means NO divided allegiance. It means a citizen by no other means. That means if either of your parents are not U.S. citizens at the time of your birth, you are NOT a NBC. If you surrender your citizenship, such as through an adoption by a foreign citizen, then you can never recover natural born status. By Barry Soetoro/Obama’s own admission, at birth he had at least a divided allegiance and dual citizenship. He possibly had no U.S. citizenship at all. It appears that, no matter what his citizenship at birth, he is now an Indonesian citizen and there is no evidence that he has naturalized in the U.S. The term Natural Born Citizen is clearly defined in Vattel’s Law of Nations. Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3 of the constitution says: “Representatives and Direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers….” And Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4: “No Capitation, or other direct Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken.”

Secure the Mexican border first and foremost. Tighten security and inspections at all ports of entry and the Canadian border. Enforce the laws now on the books. Deport all criminal illegals and ban them from reentry. Then and only then, establish a program for those in country and established for more than some minimum period, like 5 years, to seek legal status by getting in line, swearing their allegiance, paying what they owe and learning the language (English). All others must return to Mexico and get in line to go through the legal process. No English, no citizenship and no extended visas. Grant benefits for those compliant and paying into the system only. Anyone not compliant should be deported and banned from reentry.

In the overall scheme, I cannot draw a picture of what victory represents because God will determine that. My expectation and what I will be striving for as your delegate at CC2009 is to deliver a unified strategic plan that will be presented to the several states that will force the United States of America Incorporated to return to its constitutionally lawful form. This at the very least will demand that it provide redress (remedy) for those grievances for which petitions and presentments have been served. It is fairly simple: “If you as our employees don’t comply with the constitution, stop usurping power, end the fraud, end the police state, honor our sovereignty and secure our rights under the laws of nature and nature’s God, then you are fired.” The plan should provide for escalating sanctions and withdrawal of citizen support until remedy is achieved. Ultimately, the line will be drawn in the sand. I pray for a peaceful result, but recognize that our second amendment rights may have to be made manifest to achieve enforcement. If that happens, it will be them that leaves no other choice, not We The People.

The blessing of God. We must trust Him and stand together with courage and a willingness to sacrifice whatever it takes. I have outlined a number of strategies in this vetting statement which I believe will make a difference. What I advocate is peace through strength (coupled with a LOT of prayer). We need to achieve a critical mass of people to implement the strategic plan born out of CC2009. Only about 7% of the citizens actually initiated our independence in 1776. Any claim that we need a majority is just humbug. It has been estimated that at least 5% of the populace needs to stand strong together. 10% would be much better. I believe that close to 10% is now aware of the need and most of them ready to take a stand. Spread the word, please. Over 20 liberty minded national groups are now participating in CC2009 and committed to unify their efforts.

Grass roots support must be expanded through educating We The People of Colorado. We need to petition our state government for redress of grievances in the same way that We The People Foundation has petitioned the federal government. In Colorado, we need Honest Money legislation, State Sovereignty legislation and to revitalize our well-regulated state militia (reference Power of the Purse and Power of the Sword, by Dr. Edwin Vieira). We need to run all Politicians out of office and that means raising up and supporting Statesmen. On the national level, we need to throw off this government and replace it with a new guard. I am saying more here than waiting for another election where we replace some of the old Politicians with a new bunch of Politicians. I mean we have to act like sovereigns and treat the usurpers in Washington D.C. like the bad employees that they are…do this or YOU ARE FIRED…period. Remember, this is not a partisan fight. The globalist banksters have infiltrated ALL parties. Party loyalty is just as bad at this juncture as loyalty to government vs. the rights of the sovereign citizens.

I accept the ratification of The Bill of Rights or first 10 Amendments. I am 100% confident that the 14th and 16th Amendments were NOT legally ratified. I reference SUPREME COURT FOR THE STATE OF UTAH (Dyett v. Turner, 439 P2d 266 @ 269, 20 U2d 403 [1968]) THE NON-RATIFICATION OF THE FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT, Chief Justice A.H. Ellett and the book, “The Law That Never Was” by Benson & Beckman. I suspect that if the same scrutiny were applied to the ratification of other Amendments that we would find more mistakes, misrepresentations and blatant fraud. It seems to be a consistent pattern with Washington D.C. Incorporated.

To make the contrast visible, I offer the following differences between Statesmen and Politicians:¹

Take out the words “as defined in it,” and my answer is a resounding YES! However, our rights are not defined in the constitution. Some of our rights are mentioned and secured in the constitution. I want NO constitutional rights and need no constitutional rights because I am under the law of nature and nature’s God. We The People are sovereign which means “we have the final say on the law.” It is the U.S. Government that is subject to the limitations set forth in our U.S. Constitution. In our republic, it was set up as a two (2) law system…citizens under natural law and the government under the constitutional law…a government of law not men.
